The hotel offers breathtaking views of Railay West beach and comes with our own private hot tub in the patio, perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the customer service, especially from the Manager, was extremely poor. The location directly on the gorgeous West Railay beach is its standout feature.
This hotel is a gem tucked away on the nicer side of Railey, offering stunning views of the bay and providing a tranquil escape. The rooms are beautifully designed with balconies overlooking the lush garden and equipped with spa baths, ensuring a luxurious stay. Despite some haphazard service, the Manager goes above and beyond to give you special treatment. The location couldn't be better, situated right on the gorgeous West Railay beach, making it a paradise for beach lovers.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were simply amazing, with a balcony and a big bathroom. My favorite part was having our own private hot tub in the patio, such a luxurious touch. The only downside was a broken window that needed fixing, but it didn't ruin the experience.
